EXPERIENCE
Cristy is focused on recruiting top talent, overseeing Double Impact and Tech Opportunities performance management process and enhancing company culture. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Cristy spent five years with Bain Capital’s North America Private Equity group as a human resources manager. Prior to Bain Capital, she was at Bain & Company in a relationship marketing role.

Cristy received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
