EXPERIENCE

Karl Lénberg joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is an Associate on the Tech Opportunities team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Karl worked at McKinsey & Company in New York and Stockholm, where he advised clients in technology, media, and telecommunications on strategy and growth topics.

EDUCATION

Karl graduated from Chalmers University of Technology with an MSc in data science and AI.
