EXPERIENCE
Katie Czerepak joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is an Operating Partner and Head of Talent on the Tech Opportunities' Portfolio team. Katie drives talent initiatives across the portfolio and collaborates with management teams to provide strategic advice and support key talent priorities.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Katie was the Chief People Office at Indigo Ag, an agriculture technology startup, where she built all aspects of the People function and scaled talent and culture throughout a period of high growth. Before Indigo, she spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, focused on professional development and talent in the Boston and New York offices. Earlier in her career, Katie held various strategy, marketing, and project management roles with healthcare-focused organizations.
EDUCATION
Katie received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and was the recipient of the Arnold F. Adams Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. She graduated from Stanford University with a BA in public policy. Katie is also a certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
