EXPERIENCE
Ms. Czerepak joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is the Head of Talent on the Bain Capital Tech Opportunities team. She drives talent initiatives across the portfolio and collaborates with management teams to provide strategic advice and support key talent priorities.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Czerepak was the Chief People Office at Indigo Ag, an agriculture technology startup, where she built all aspects of the People function, and scaled talent and culture throughout a period of high growth. Before Indigo, Ms. Czerepak spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, focused on professional development and talent in the Boston and New York offices. Earlier in her career, Ms. Czerepak held various strategy, marketing and project management roles with healthcare-focused organizations.
EDUCATION
Ms. Czerepak received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and was the recipient of the Arnold F. Adams Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. She graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Public Policy. In addition, Ms. Czerepak is a certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
