EXPERIENCE

Lucas Monroe joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Tech Opportunities team, focusing on building internal AI solutions.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was an AI Engineer at MassDOT. 

EDUCATION

Lucas graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in computer science.
