EXPERIENCE

Nicholas Cassidy joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is the General Counsel and Head of Capital Markets for the Tech Opportunities business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Nicholas was a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, primarily focused on private equity transactions. 
 

EDUCATION

Nicholas received a JD from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English and political science from Tulane University. Nicholas is a member of the state bar of Massachusetts.
