Nikita Lledo joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is an Associate on the Tech Opportunities team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Nikita was a Consultant at BCG in New York where she primarily spent her time in the Private Investors and Private Equity practice area.
EDUCATION
Nikita graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Human Evolutionary Biology and Social Anthropology with a secondary in Government.
