EXPERIENCE
Mr. Kirk joined Bain Capital in 2019 and is a Partner on the Bain Capital Tech Opportunities team. He focuses on B2B investments across both horizontal and vertical application software as well as information services. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Kirk was a senior investment professional with TCV, a technology focused growth equity firm, where he invested in numerous companies across software, data services and Australia / New Zealand. Prior to TCV, he worked in the technology investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
EDUCATION
Mr. Kirk received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Accounting (minors in Mathematics and Spanish) from Santa Clara University.
